Physical Exercise is Key for Overall Health

Did you know that regular physical exercise is very important to your hair, not just fat burning? Well it's absolutely true! Cardiovascular training gets your heart pumping blood to all parts of your body, yup, even to your scalp. Depending on what kind of lifestyle you live, you can also take part of physical exercise whether your weak or strong. If you're not already in good shape, fear not! That just means you'll have more fun during your training sessions!

For beginners here's what you do: Stretch your legs for 10 minutes, then start jogging in place for 5 minutes, then jog slowly for 10 minutes. That's it! That alone will get a lot of blood pumping to your scalp to reduce hair loss!

For advanced trainers here's what you do: Stretch for 10 minutes and then take part in HIIT [High Intensity Interval Training] What this does is dramatically elevate your heart rate, this means your heart will pump more blood to all parts of your body! Here's how it's done: Warm up by jogging for 5 minutes, then sprint 100% of your speed for 30 seconds, then jog normally for 1 minute, then again full on sprint for 30 seconds, then jog for 1 minute and 30 seconds, then again spring with all your speed for 30 seconds, then rest for 1 minute, then sprint again with all your strength and speed for 30 seconds. Keep doing this routine for about 10-15 minutes or as long as you can withstand this intensity! This also promotes fat loss so you're getting more for your work! Plus it's very fun! Do this every couple of days and in 3-6 months you will notice dramatic results with the status of your hair and hair loss will slowly turn into hair growth!
